Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items:

Certain limited-edition outerwear pieces and accessories marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are part of our exclusive drops with triple-stitched quality assurance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our crew: Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include details: Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information
  3. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship it back: Send the item(s) to our Portland HQ using a trackable shipping method
  5. Get processed: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your return within 3-5 business days

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Payment method refunds: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  3. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  5. New items ship within 1-2 business days after we process your return

International Returns

For our global community (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional 2-3 business days

Quality Promise:

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our triple-stitched quality), email us immediately with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement.
